About Concrete Readymix
Concrete Readymix supplies ready-mixed concrete from Al Quoz to contractors, developers and homeowners across Dubai. One team follows the order from the first call to the last truck: mix design, batching, delivery and pumping.
Most projects need more than one mix. Blinding under the foundations, sulphate-resistant concrete for the substructure, high-strength mixes for columns and slabs, then screed for the floors. We help you order each stage at the right strength and slump, adjusted to the specification your engineer signed.
We supply all quantities, from a single truck for a villa extension to continuous pours for a tower raft. Browse the mixes we batch or find your district in our Dubai delivery areas.

Batching and dispatch, every day
Every stage of a build asks for a different concrete
A villa or a tower follows the same sequence: blinding under the footings, then foundations and buried walls, then columns, beams and slabs, then floors and external works. Each stage has its own strength class, slump and aggregate size, and each carries its own risk on a Dubai plot. Buried concrete in coastal or reclaimed districts meets chlorides and sulphates. Fresh slabs on desert-edge plots lose water to wind and sun. We help you order for the stage you are at, not the one you just finished.

What to order at each stage
Eight mix families, batched on OPC and GGBS. Below: when each one reaches your site, and what to tell us when you call.
-
Gunite for sprayed sections
Ordered when an excavation face needs a sprayed lining or a curved wall needs cover. Tell us your crew's spraying rate so trucks arrive in step.
-
Screed for floors
Ordered once the slab has cured and services are laid, before tiling. Tell us the floor area and finished thickness and we work out the cubic metres.
-
Shoring for temporary works
Ordered at the very start, when you dig next to a road or a neighbouring building. Send the shoring design and the planned pour sequence.
-
Piling for deep foundations
Ordered once the rig is drilling. Tell us the pile diameters, depths and how many piles you expect to complete per shift, and we plan the trucks.
-
Substructure below ground
Ordered for pile caps, footings, rafts and basement walls. Tell us where the plot is, so we know what groundwater the concrete will sit in.
-
Superstructure for the frame
Ordered floor by floor for columns, walls, beams and slabs. Tell us each pour volume, the height to reach and whether you need a pump.
-
Blinding for a clean base
Often your first order, placed after excavation and compaction. Give us the footprint and the thickness and we size the load, however small.
-
Fibre-reinforced for slabs
Ordered for ground slabs, driveways, yards and screeds where cracking is the worry. Tell us the use of the surface and the dosage in your spec.
How we help you order
Six things we do between your first call and the last truck, so each pour goes the way you planned it.
-
01
We start from your programme
Tell us which stage you have reached and which pours come next. We match each one to a mix family and adjust it to the engineer's spec.
-
02
Volumes estimated with you
Send the drawings or the dimensions. We help you estimate the cubic metres for each pour and plan it in 12 m³ truck loads, so the final load is not a guess.
-
03
Site checked before the pour
Before the day, we go through truck access, pump position, boom reach and where trucks can wait, so nothing holds the concrete up at the gate.
-
04
Pour times that suit the heat
Batching and dispatch run 24/7. In summer, slabs are often poured at night or early in the morning, with retarder and slump set for the trip and the hour.
-
05
Quotes you can budget against
Every quote lists the rate per m³, waiting time and out-of-hours charges separately. Ask by phone, WhatsApp or form and get an answer the same working day.
-
06
Your volume held for you
Once you confirm, the booked volume is held against stock. Any quantity is accepted, from a few cubic metres of blinding to a full raft.
